Bring the Bottle to the Conversation

A useful question needs the actual product

You mention a CBD topical to a trainer or clinician. They ask what is in it. Saying "the cooling one" leaves a lot of room for guessing. A photo of the front and back of your bottle is a better starting point. Include the ingredient list, directions, warnings, and product name. Keep the photos readable rather than sending a tiny screenshot of an online ad.

Give the question some context

Cannabolix lists CBD isolate alongside ingredients such as menthol and camphor. A question about the finished product is therefore not just a question about CBD. Explain what you want to understand: the directions, whether it fits with another product, or which warning applies to your situation. A trainer can discuss the workout plan; individual health and medicine questions belong with a qualified clinician or pharmacist.

Leave with a specific answer

Write down the answer beside the product name so you do not later apply it to a different bottle. Ask a follow-up if the advice was too broad. Do not change the label directions based on a teammate's routine. The goal is a clear conversation about the product you actually own, not a debate about every cannabis product on the market.
