Agree on what counts before starting
A friendly challenge can get confusing fast. One person counts warm-up repetitions, another counts only work sets, and someone adds an extra day. Before starting, write down the task, the time window, and what counts as completion. Keep the challenge appropriate to each person's existing plan. A shared activity should not require everyone to use the same load or ignore their own limits.
Let the rules include stopping
Decide how a missed day, a changed session, or a decision to stop will be recorded. You can mark an entry honestly without inventing a punishment workout. Avoid rules that reward pushing through pain or treating rest as failure. For questions about symptoms or individual exercise limits, seek qualified guidance rather than letting a leaderboard decide.
Celebrate what the challenge actually measured
If the goal was showing up for planned sessions, celebrate that. Do not quietly turn it into a contest about speed, body size, or how much discomfort someone tolerated. Keep Cannabolix and other personal-care choices outside the scoring. No one needs a product to earn their place in a group challenge. A clear finish rule lets people enjoy a shared project and then finish it, instead of discovering that the goal moved on the last day.
